Super Gym is a new Personal Training Gym in Coteau Station, QC, Canada. We have 1000 square feet of free weights, cable machines and cardio machines, including commercial ellipticals, bicycles and a treadmill.

We offer you a private place to train right in your own neighborhood, at very reasonable prices with a very experienced and successful trainer.

Our goal is to help you achieve you goals quickly in a friendly and relaxed environment.

You can chose a schedule and type of training that you prefer and feel comfortable with. We can help you by showing you proper and safe form and designing a program specifically for you. And, we can help motivate you in a positive and encouraging way.

*With the Gym Only Trainng, we will require that you take at least three individual training sessions first. This can be waived for experience athletes if you have your own program.
