Q - May I bring my younger child or children with me while I train.
A - Yes
Q - Is there a dress code? Do I have to wear special gym wear?
A - No, dress in whatever you feel comfortable.
Q - Do I have to buy a 10 week program up front?
A - Yes, It's a commitment you make to your training.
Q - Do you have a trial period?
A - Yes, your first session may be your trial period. If for any reason you feel you don't want to continue then your complete fee will be refunded.
Q - What if I miss a session or I am late for a scheduled training session?
A - Depending on the curcumstances, but if you call ahead, usually I will make every effort to reschedule your training session.
Q - I want to lose weight. How much weight will I be able to lose?
A - Depending on your current weight and size, a safe weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds per week. This means that in ten weeks, you can lose 10 to 20 lbs safely and properly. This way you will lose mostly fat and not muscle weight and you have the highest probablility of keeping that weight off. Larger people may lose more weight.
Q - I have a small gym at home. Can you train me in my home?
A - Yes, that can be arranged.
